The RS-8225 Tape Holding Force Tester from TM-LAB is specialized for adhesive tape holding power testing. Available in 5-station (RS-8225-5) and 10-station versions, it complies with JIS Z0237/GB/T 4851 standards, with precise SUS304 test plates and adjustable timers for reliable results for tape manufacturers and QC labs.
The RS-8226 Tape Tack Rolling Ball Tester is designed for testing the adhesiveness of various tapes. Place the sample with the adhesive side facing upward on a 30° inclined plate, fix both ends with tape and weights respectively. Then take steel balls starting from the largest size, let them fall freely from the inclined plate in sequence, and record the ball number that can adhere to the sample for more than 5 seconds.
The RS-8227 Electric Rolling Wheel is a specialized accessory for adhesion retention testers, designed to ensure uniform pressure application when bonding tape specimens to test plates, achieving reliable and repeatable adhesion test results.
The RS-8224 Constant Temperature Tape Holding Force Tester is designed for evaluating adhesive tape retention performance under high-temperature conditions. It measures the tape’s sliding distance or drop time when subjected to a specified load and elevated temperatures.
